Sole Support Parent - Separated or Divorced and Does Not Receive Child Support

separated or divorced from your spouse but do not have a formal separation agreement, divorce judgement or court order,
your child or children will live with you at least 50% of the time during the academic year, and
you do not receive any child support from your former spouse.
Sole Support Parent - Separated or Divorced and Receives Child Support
You are:
separated or divorced from your spouse but do not have a formal separation agreement, divorce judgement or court order,
your child or children will live with you at least 50% of the time during the academic year; and
you receive child support from your former spouse.

You identify as Indigenous but official documentation of your Indigenous identity is not available.
